DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

Order Processing

 

  • Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days after the order date.

 

  • Once an order is processed, delivery typically takes 2 - 5 business days, depending on the carrier and shipping address.

 

  • Orders are processed and shipped out Monday - Friday (excluding major holidays).

 

  • Please note that we can not guarantee an order change, such as if you request an address change or cancel your order. We will try our best to complete the request. However, we cannot change your order if the package is shipped before we can complete the request. If we can not change your order, please try to contact your carrier.

 

  • Shipping times may increase during high-demand periods.

 

  • Delivery times are provided as a guideline and do not factor in delays caused by uncontrollable circumstances, such as severe weather or circumstances related to the courier itself. Shipment delays due to uncontrollable circumstances do not qualify for refunds.

  • We charge a flat rate of USD $12 for all shipments within the US.

 

  • All domestic orders under USD $500 typically arrive in 2 - 3 business days.

 

  • Orders over USD $500 will require a signature delivery and typically arrive in 2 - 3 business days.
